Information Collection and Use

We collect your username, password and e-mail address when you register for an Addy account, which is information directly provided by you. In addition, we collect profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, picture). This information allows us to help you or others be "found" on Addy.

We do not collect any data that is used in any advertisements and we do not sell or share any collected data to 3rd party companies for profit.

Signing up to Addy is a record of consent given by you “the user” to let us securely collect information about you to enhance your app experience. In order to revoke your consent, deleting your Addy account by emailing theaddyapp@gmail.com, will erase all content you have ever created will be erased which terminates this privacy policy with us.

Location

Location services are only used to find nearby events. This information is only given by user consent and can be removed by disabling location permissions in phone’s settings. Once you have accepted our locations permission consent and apple’s location permission consent we may use your location in order to personal event information and searches.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to persons under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and you learn that your child is using Addy and you do not want them to, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this privacy policy or notify you either through the email address you have provided.
